"My priority is to help you reach your potential and live happy, fulfilling lives"

Hiren Khemlani

MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Dist.), Loughborough University
BSocSc (Hons.; Psychology Major, Counselling Minor), University of Hong Kong

Hiren has always had a passion for helping people, and soon realized the best way for him to do this was by pursing a degree in Psychology. He believes that everyone has their own strengths and with the right mindset can accomplish great things, and overcome the toughest obstacles along the way.

Through the completion of a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Hong Kong, Hiren has studied a wide range of psychological skills (e.g. imagery, performance routines, self-talk) that he has since helped others incorporate in the pursuit of their own goals. In addition, he has gained experience conducting workshops involving areas such as building team cohesion and dealing with pressure. He has also had counselling training, specifically in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He applies a CBT approach in his work with clients, focusing on the link between people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Hiren is currently a member of the British Psychological Society, and works under the supervision of Dr. Karl Steptoe, a chartered sport and exercise psychologist (UK).

Hiren hopes to use his training and experience to help individuals cultivate the mental skills and a strong overall mindset that will see them thrive across all aspects of life.

Being present for clients comes first.
